Repairs Needed

• Blue Circle - The second concern and reason for inspection. Four (4) of the Six (6) leaks found in the building are on this TPO roof system. Lack of maintenance and workmanship at seams are the cause of the interior leaks.
• Red Line - Found upon inspection. The perimeter of this Modified Bitumen system has pre-mature failure due to installation practices. This is causing the underside edges (soffit) to decay/rot. Some wood panels are now missing and many have water damage.
